About the role
As the Executive Coordinator you will:
- Provide high level executive support to the Executive Director, Strategy & Governance while balancing conflicting priorities
- Work to deadlines and display a high degree of professionalism and judgement
- Possess the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality, in a fast paced and sensitive working environment.
Key responsibilities
As Executive Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Manage the workflow of executive correspondence and requests throughout the Strategy & Governance team for the Executive Director in line with priorities established by the Executive Director
- Monitor important issues and follow up actions
- Maintain effective working relationships with the Deputy Director-General's office, Director-General's office, senior executives and key stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all administrative documents associated with activities within the division
- Assist with project support and coordination within the broader project team as required

- Sound analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards across all executive deliverables.
- Ability to foster effective relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- A commitment to professionalism, accountability, and public sector values.
