About the role:
The LESNW Executive Assistant operates with a high level of autonomy and professional judgement in the planning, prioritisation, and execution of administrative and governance related responsibilities.
Acting on behalf of the Executive Director, the role is authorised to manage scheduling and workflow priorities, routine and confidential correspondence, coordinate engagement with stakeholders and make informed decisions within established organisational policies, procedures, and delegated authority limits.
The position may represent the Executive Director in communications and preliminary decision-making discussions when appropriate, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and professionally.
The Executive Assistant is expected to exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional standards in all interactions, with escalation of matters of strategic, legal, or reputational significance as appropriate.
This is a full time and ongoing position.
