Salary Range: $98,400 plus superannuation  

Employment Status: Full-time (Term time)

St Mary MacKillop College is Canberra’s largest secondary school, operating across two campuses: Years 7 to 9 at our Padua Campus in Wanniassa, and Years 10 to 12 at our St Peter’s Campus in Isabella Plains. About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the Campus Head at the Padua campus is a critical administrative position assisting the Campus Head to ensure the effective running of the Padua campus. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for the Padua Campus Head, acting as a liaison between the Campus Head and staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders. The role also works closely with the Executive Assistant to the Principal, managing the cross-campus requirements of the College.

This role is an averaged role (term time); however, given the demands of this position, the Executive Assistant will occasionally be required to work outside of regular office hours and across both campuses to meet the needs of the school.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Diploma or Cert IV with relevant work experience
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
  • First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain one
