Permanent part-time position 5 days per week / 45 weeks per year (FTE 0.94)

Faith Lutheran College is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant & Enrolment Coordinator to support our Head of Junior School and lead the enrolment experience for families from ELC to Year 6.
This is a diverse and rewarding role where you will play a key part in both school operations and enrolments, while being the welcoming face of the Junior School community.
About the role
Working closely with the Head of Junior School, you will provide high-level administrative support and manage the end-to-end enrolment process, ensuring a positive and seamless journey for prospective and current families.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Head of Junior School
- Manage enrolments from initial enquiry through to commencement
- Coordinate tours, interviews, and orientation/transition programs
- Communicate effectively with families and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate student records and enrolment data (TASS/CRM systems)
- Support Junior School events and operational activities
About you
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Experience in administration (school or enrolment experience desirable)
- Strong digital skills (Microsoft Office; TASS/CRM experience preferred)

Additional information
This role may require attendance at some after-hours events and occasional availability outside standard working hours in response to emergencies or critical incidents.
