Are you a teacher or educator looking to supplement your income in a friendly, rewarding, and education-focused environment?
We’re a reputable and fast-growing tutoring company in Sydney, currently operating three centres and expanding rapidly. We’re seeking 2–3 friendly and committed evening admin/customer service team members to support our operations and growing student community.
📍 Location: Preferably local to Prestons / Liverpool / Fairfield

The Role
- Prepare and organise learning booklets and lesson resources.
- Assist with cleaning and light maintenance to ensure a welcoming space.
- Manage staff rostering and scheduling.
- Complete general admin tasks (Word, Excel, email & other systems).
- Provide basic technical and computer troubleshooting support.
- Handle parent and student enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Support sales by converting enquiries into enrolments.
- (Optional) Assist with social media, marketing, and community engagement projects.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator with professional and warm phone/email manner.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with Word, Excel, and general troubleshooting).
- Positive, reliable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
- Prior customer service, sales, or education experience is a plus.
Working Hours
- Location: Onsite at Prestons / Liverpool / Fairfield
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 8:30pm (start time negotiable)
- Saturday work available - optional
