EOI - Schools Officer, Grounds and Facilities - Wyreema State School

This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

This is a progressional position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the lower classification with eligibility for progression to the next, once specific criteria have been met or demonstrated. Please note salary rate shown is reflective of both classification ranges.

Responsibilities include:

• Assists with the setup of school events
• Monitors equipment and supply needs
• Helps maintain compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Routine grounds and building maintenance
• Minor repairs
• Workplace health and safety support
• Liaising with staff and contractors to ensure tasks are completed to required standards.

• Must have relevant experience
