Your Responsibilities

As the Administrative Officer, your opportunities and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, including taking and distributing messages.
  • Coordinate the collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Oversee stationery orders and maintain stock levels in consultation with the Business Manager.
  • Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance in OneSchool.
  • Issue and record late slips in accordance with school procedures.
  • Maintain organised filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
