As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Cessnock

• Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Cessnock is a rated Exceeding National Quality Standards centre.
• Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning Cessnock located close to local schools and shops.
• Individualized Curriculum: This 75-place centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.

You’ll need:

• Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSWWorking with Children Check
