Our brand-new Heathmont service is opening this October, and we’re seeking a Diploma-qualified (minimum) Educational Leader from within our Story House network to step into a dedicated float leadership role across our 6 rooms.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be supported through our structured Educational Leader Program, work within our own STRONG Beginnings Curriculum, and collaborate closely with a dedicated Pedagogical Practice Partner to embed exceeding themes and drive quality practice.
At Story House, our Educational Leaders are true members of the leadership team influencing pedagogy, mentoring educators and elevating outcomes across the service.
