Join our vibrant Middle School community as an Education Support Officer (ESO), commencing 25 May 2026. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the learning journey of students in Years 7–10 within a supportive and faith-based environment.

The Opportunity

Part-time, 5 Days a Week | Approx. 27 hours per week | Between 9am and 3pm

As an ESO, you will work closely with our Diverse Education Coordinator and classroom teachers to support student learning and wellbeing. Your contribution will include:

• Providing one-on-one and small group learning support
• Assisting students with Maths and Literacy learning
• Supporting positive classroom engagement and inclusion
• Preparing learning resources and assisting with classroom activities
• Helping create a safe, encouraging, and productive learning environment

About You

We’re seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual who:

• Is a committed Christian actively involved in a church community.
• Has experience supporting students in Years 7–10, particularly in Maths and Literacy.
• Builds positive relationships with students and staff.
• Is organised, proactive, and passionate about student learning.
• Holds the required clearances and training outlined in the Job & Person Specification, or is willing to obtain them prior to commencement.
