We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join a fantastic setting in Garstang with an immediate start available. The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children within the Early Years setting.
• Deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

• ✅ Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• ✅ Has previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• ✅ Has a sound understanding of the EYFS framework
• ✅ Is enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated to supporting young children's development
• ✅ Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
• ✅ Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
