My client is a highly respected independent nursery in LS6, proudly rated Outstanding by Ofsted. With a warm, family‑run feel and a strong commitment to outdoor learning, this setting offers a nurturing environment where children thrive-and where practitioners feel genuinely valued.

They are now looking for a Level 3 qualified, experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their close‑knit team on a permanent basis.

Your Role

• Deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
• Champion outdoor learning and support children's development through nature‑based play

• Contribute to planning, observations, and the overall running of the room
• Maintain the high standards that underpin the nursery's Outstanding reputation

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or above) - essential
• Strong experience working in early years settings
• A passion for outdoor learning and child‑led exploration
• A warm, nurturing approach with excellent communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a small, supportive, family‑style team
