Our vibrant Early Learning Centre (ELC) is seeking dedicated part-time Co-Educators to join a caring and innovative team, working with children aged 3–5 years in a play-based, inquiry-led environment.

We are looking for Co-Educators who:

• hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• understand the Early Years Learning Framework and play-based pedagogy
• are enthusiastic, caring and committed to creating an inclusive environment
• want to empower children through the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme

Position commencement: January 2026

There will also be opportunities for casual Co-Educator work throughout the remainder of 2025. This will allow successful applicants to familiarise themselves with the Centre, build relationships with staff and children, and begin their journey with our community before their full-time role commences.

It is located on the same campus as Immanuel College Novar Gardens, in the western suburbs of Adelaide, 5 minutes from Glenelg beach and 12 minutes from the city centre.
