Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that follow the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the development of every student.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices to enhance learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them grow academically.
• Establish strong communication with parents and guardians to foster a supportive educational partnership.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of completing your NQT year.
• A passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing a love of learning.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
