The Position
Loreto Toorak is seeking a talented and highly creative Digital Content Designer to join our Marketing and Admissions team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our School connects, informs and engages with students, families, staff, alumni and the wider community. The position is responsible for the design, development, and production of high-quality digital and print content for internal and external school communications, ensuring consistency with brand and professional standards.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions you will work within a dynamic team and be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-aligned content across a broad range of channels and audiences. Working closely with stakeholders across the School, you will transform ideas into impactful communications that inform, inspire and connect our community.

About You
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation and visual communications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other digital publishing tools
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Photography, videography and website experience will be highly regarded
- This full-time role is based on campus in Toorak and is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a vibrant and connected school community
