Trinity Lutheran College is seeking an exceptional and values-driven educational leader to join the College as Deputy Principal. This newly created executive leadership opportunity reflects the College’s ongoing commitment to strategic growth, leadership excellence, and a deeply connected P–12 learning community, centrally located on the Gold Coast.

Working in close partnership with the Principal, the Deputy Principal plays a pivotal role in leading the strategic, cultural, and operational direction of the College. The role provides executive oversight across College operations, leadership development, governance, continuous improvement, and community engagement, ensuring strong alignment between the College vision, Lutheran identity, and the lived experience of students, staff, and families across both campuses.

The Deputy Principal will lead with authenticity, wisdom, and relational strength, fostering a culture where students are known and supported, staff are empowered to grow, and families are engaged as valued partners in learning.
