• Year 9 cohort case management.
• Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared, future-focused vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
• Deputise for the Principal as required, upholding the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral leadership role.
• Embed socially just, inclusive practices in everyday school life and set high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, industry and business to enhance learning opportunities.
• Manage school resources strategically to achieve organisational goals, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
