About the Role:

As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

  • Lead and support high-quality teaching and learning across Prep to Year 2
  • Drive our Explicit Improvement Agenda, with a focus on student outcomes and engagement
  • Build teacher capability through coaching, feedback, and professional conversations
  • Use data to inform decision-making and strengthen classroom practice
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-expectation school culture
  • Work in partnership with families and the wider community
