Role

We're looking for a Deputy Home Manager to help launch a new residential service supporting people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs. Lead a team, ensure person-centred care, and develop support plans that promote independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff through training, supervision, and induction
• Ensure CQC compliance and quality care
• Promote independence and safeguard adults
• Implement Mental Capacity Act (2005) & DoLS (2008)
• Build relationships with referrers and stakeholders
• Oversee staff performance and policy compliance
• Participate in on-call leadership rota

About You

Essential:

• Residential service management experience
• CQC knowledge and inspection experience
• Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Team leadership and workload management
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Autism and complex needs experience
• Safeguarding knowledge and investigative skills
