Veritas Education is looking to recruit confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors for day‑to‑day supply work across a range of Secondary Schools in the Blackburn area.

We are seeking individuals who can step into classrooms, deliver pre‑planned lessons, and support schools with reliable short‑notice cover.

Role Overview

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects using pre‑prepared work
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide essential short‑term cover for absent teachers

What We're Looking For

• Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management
• Reliability, confidence, and the ability to adapt quickly
• Previous experience working with young people is beneficial
• Availability for day‑to‑day or short‑notice bookings
