This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or experienced educators looking for flexible work. Roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with the potential for temp-to-perm offers for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and maintain engagement
• Follow school policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
• Previous experience working with young people is a must
• A genuine interest in education and student development
