Communications and Marketing Advisor

The Position
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for education and community? Loreto Toorak, a leading Catholic school for girls, is seeking a dynamic Communications and Marketing Advisor to help shape and share our story.
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our brand, designing high-impact marketing materials, crafting compelling content, and producing publications that engage audiences and reflect our values. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions you will collaborate across departments to deliver integrated campaigns that celebrate our vibrant school community and attract new families.
What you’ll do:
- Create engaging content for print, digital, and social media
- Design and produce brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Manage major publications and support event communications
- Champion our brand identity and ensure consistent messaging
- Build relationships across the school to uncover inspiring stories
- Join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and purpose
What you’ll bring:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in communications and marketing
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite proficiency desirable)
- A strategic mindset with strong project management abilities
- A good understanding of audience engagement and customer journey mapping
- A commitment to the values and ethos of Loreto Toorak
