Who are we 

Kennedy Baptist College is a leading co-educational Christian school for students in Years 7 to 12, located in Perth’s southern suburb of Murdoch. Kennedy Baptist College was formed in 2013 after the amalgamation of two neighbouring Colleges. It is now home to approximately 1,200 students, and together we enter the next exciting chapter.

About the Role 

College Psychologist (ongoing, part-time)


You are driven by a genuine desire to walk alongside students and families, offering compassionate, skilful support at the point where it matters most. As a key member of our Pastoral Care team, you play a vital role in nurturing wellbeing across our College community, contributing meaningfully to Pastoral Care—one of our most valued strategic priorities.


As a registered Psychologist with AHPRA, you bring both professional excellence and a relational, collaborative approach. You build trust easily and work in close partnership with teaching staff, the Inclusive Education team and the College community, ensuring care is integrated, consistent and centred on each student’s growth. You will also collaborate with Compliance to support staff training and remain committed to best‑practice, continuously strengthening our frameworks.


This role offers more than service delivery. You will be entrusted to take ownership of the program, with real opportunity to shape, deepen and expand its impact over time. For the right person, this position can grow into a full‑time coordinating role, allowing you to leave a lasting legacy of pastoral care, wellbeing and hope within our College community.


This is a part-time (0.8 FTE) with possible full-time, ongoing position commencing on or before Term 3, 2026.
