Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Primary School educator to join our teaching team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Parental Leave.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment with the potential for ongoing full-time employment based on performance and operational requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the Victorian Curriculum, fostering student engagement, and contributing to the broader school community.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant teaching qualification
• Current (or ability to obtain) registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Victorian Curriculum requirements
• Ability to use data to inform teaching practice and student outcomes
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement techniques
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms

Work Eligibility:

• Right to work in Australia
• Current First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to undergo background checks as required
