About the Role

You will combine high-quality classroom teaching with strategic leadership of SEND provision across the school.

Your impact will include:

• Driving a clear, ambitious vision for inclusion
• Leading and developing SEND provision across all primary phases
• Supporting and empowering staff through CPD and guidance
• Working closely with families and external agencies
• Ensuring statutory SEND duties are met with care and precision
• Playing a key role in the school's strategic direction

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher ready to step into (or further develop within) a leadership role.

• Is an excellent classroom practitioner with proven outcomes
• Holds, or is willing to complete, the National SENCo Award
• Has strong knowledge of SEND, adaptive teaching and inclusive practice
• Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Is solution-focused, organised and proactive
• Fully supports the Christian ethos of the school
• Brings warmth, resilience and a genuine commitment to pupil success
