Are you passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred dental care in a role where every day brings variety and purpose?

At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we’re looking for dedicated dental professionals to join our welcoming and supportive team, working across both our fixed and mobile dental clinics.

Whether you're delivering care in one of our state-of-the-art community clinics or travelling to schools and rural communities in our mobile units, you will play a vital role in improving oral health outcomes and access to care across the Central Coast.

About the Role

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care across the full scope of oral health therapy, including dental therapy, extended scope dental therapy, and dental hygiene. You will work in a collaborative clinical environment that values excellence, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Your responsibilities will include managing triage systems and waiting lists efficiently, ensuring timely and equitable access to care. You will play an active role in planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on clinical services, while also contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and best practice standards that enhance service delivery.

Beyond clinical duties, you will be involved in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities that drive innovation and improve patient outcomes. You will also support and mentor junior clinicians and students, fostering a culture of professional growth and clinical excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, not only on individual patient care, but also on broader community oral health outcomes.
