You Will Bring:

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, regular attendance in a local Christian church, and willingness to uphold and support the College’s Statement of Faith in all aspects of the role
• Knowledge of, and strong commitment to, child safety in an educational setting, including awareness of mandatory reporting obligations and safe practices when working with children and families
• Proven ability to align professional practice with the AITSL Teacher Standards
• Capacity to integrate a Christian perspective into curriculum and classroom practice
• Evidence of the following behavioural competencies:
  • Working with People – Builds positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues; shows empathy and contributes to a supportive team environment
  • Adhering to Principles and Values – Demonstrates integrity and upholds the Christian ethos of the College
