About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee the financial, operational, and administrative functions of the school. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the school's strategic goals and ensuring its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across financial, operational, and administrative functions to optimise resource management.
• Support the Principal with budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance with legislation and policies.
• Supervise and manage school support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee facilities and grounds maintenance, ensuring sustainable use of resources and effective contractor management.
• Build strong networks with staff, other Business Managers, and community representatives to foster best practices and a supportive school environment.
