Behaviour Mentor - Luton £105 per day | Full-time, ongoing contract

We're looking for a calm, confident and patient Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Luton.

You'll be working with 10-15 students who have been temporarily removed from class, ensuring they continue with their set work and stay on track throughout the day. The role involves maintaining a positive learning environment, encouraging good behaviour, and following the school's behaviour policies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident managing behaviour and enjoys making a real difference to students who need extra guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children or young people (in school, youth work or similar)
• Stay calm under pressure and manage behaviour fairly and consistently
• Be reliable, professional, and committed to helping students succeed

Pay: £105 per day (paid weekly through an umbrella company) Location: Luton Start: ASAP
