Assistant to the Academic Administration Coordinator
Admin / SSO / Non-Teaching
Contract Type: Permanent/Ongoing Position Part Time (0.40 FTE)

To provide outstanding administrative support to the Senior College Learning Department in order to enhance student learning in the School.
This is a term-time only, two days per week role.
Term-time only - immediate start 2026
Who will the successful applicant be?
- Strong in IT skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Experienced in working within a team and autonomously
- The ability to show a high level of initiative and pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to handle the pressure of a fast paced working environment
- A mature-minded person with exceptional client service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
