About the Role

As Assistant SENDCo, you will work closely with the SENDCo and senior leadership to ensure high-quality provision for our pupils. Your role will include:

• Supporting the coordination of SEND provision across the school
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and external agencies
• Overseeing personalised learning plans and progress tracking
• Providing guidance and support to staff to ensure inclusive practice
• Building strong relationships with pupils and families

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about SEN and committed to improving outcomes for all learners
• Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledgeable about SEND policy and best practice (experience in an SEN setting is highly desirable)
• An excellent communicator with a compassionate, child-centred approach
