About the Role
As the Administrative Officer (AAEP), you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering professional and friendly customer service to students, parents, staff, and the wider school community.
- Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining school records, processing enrolments, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with financial processes, including payments, invoicing, and data management using OneSchool.
- Supporting the coordination of school events, activities, and communications.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and making a positive impact on the school community.

- Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a school or education setting.

- Proficiency in using administrative systems such as OneSchool and familiarity with relevant policies and procedures.
