ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an Administration Officer (Reception) with strong administrative and people skills to join our enthusiastic, close knit office team.
This full-time role offers an ideal work-life balance, operating 5 days per week from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM over 42 weeks per year. The position includes 4 weeks of paid annual leave, with the majority of school holiday periods off. Commencement would be at the beginning of Term 4, 2026.
The successful applicant will be responsible for greeting all school visitors with a positive and friendly attitude. Additionally, they will provide administrative assistance to our team. Support in our First Aid department may be required in busy periods together with assistance with student attendance.
It is essential that the successful applicant have, or be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
- Be experienced and proficient at Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have, or be willing to obtain, First Aid qualifications
- Have, or be willing to obtain, a current Victorian Working with Children Check.
- Be a Christian role model and be able to demonstrate an active faith to students and to all people associated with the School
- Actively support and adhere to the School’s vision, mission, and ethos.
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience with Synergetic Student Management System or similar
- Previous reception experience in a School or similar environment
