TEACHER INCENTIVES INCLUDE:

Maximum Package valued at $48,900 (incentives prorated for shorter contracts - see our website for details)

• Total incentive payment - $20,000
• $5000 upfront
• $15,000 distributed throughout the year
• Removalist allowance - Up to $5,000
• 50% Rental subsudy - Up to $15,900
• Retention payment - Year 1:$5,000 (Increases every year for 5 years)
• Geographical allowance - $3,300 per year (Pro-rated)
• Additional Western Leave - 3 days per year
• Long Service Leave - Accrued at double normal rate

St John’s is a K-6 school situated in Cobar, which is in central western NSW. Wilcannia-Forbes schools are centres of culture, learning and evangelisation within their parish communities where the Gospel is lived and the dignity of people is respected in the tradition of the Catholic Church.
