Foundation Learning Centre Learning Centre (FLC) has been established for over 40 years and is a Not-For-Profit Learn Local Community Education Provider in the Southern Metropolitan Region. FLC is a Registered Training Organisation and a Registered Non School Senior Secondary provider.
Our Foundation College Department runs VCE/VM and VPC education programs for young people aged 15-19, with small class sizes of under 20 per class, we have a focus on holistic care and education. We’re all about building student confidence and capacity, delivering interesting and relevant learning opportunities, and developing employability skills. We love project based learning and innovative ideas for learning and assessing!
