Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) is the governing body responsible for overseeing Catholic education within the Diocese of Ballarat, which spans Western Victoria. Established to support the mission of the Catholic Church in education, DOBCEL governs 64 schools—comprising primary, secondary, and specialist settings—across regional and rural communities.
