The successful applicant will be approachable, student-centred, and skilled in building strong relationships and rapport with young people. Experience delivering Essential syllabuses is important, and training in trauma-informed practice is highly desirable. The campus is small and highly collegial, with staff intentionally collaborating each day to reflect on student progress, adjustments, and effective ways of working.
