We are seeking educators who demonstrate patience, empathy, and adaptability, with a strong commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners. Successful applicants will bring:

  • Sound knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, including differentiated and personalised learning approaches.
  • Experience implementing reasonable adjustments in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and Disability Standards for Education 2005.
  • The ability to use data and evidence-informed practices to support individual learning goals and monitor progress.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with specialist staff, families, and external agencies.
  • Excellent organisational and resource management skills to facilitate inclusive classroom environments.
