The Role
The successful applicant should:
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across Digital and Design Technologies.
- Integrate technology learning outcomes within English, Mathematics, Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS), Health, and Science programs, reflecting Landsdale PS whole-school emphasis on cross-curricular digital integration.
- Support staff and students in the continued implementation of our partnership with Cultures of Excellence and Airborne, using Virtual Reality (VR) to explore innovative and engaging ways for students to learn, connect with the curriculum, and deepen their cultural awareness and responsiveness to both our local community and the Aboriginal community.
- Model and explicitly teach responsible and safe technology use, supporting our commitment to digital citizenship and student wellbeing.
- Create inclusive and differentiated learning experiences that cater for diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Committee and leadership team to embed consistent practices and contribute to school-wide moderation and assessment processes.
- Contribute to maintaining and developing resources, digital tools and classroom vocabulary displays that support a consistent approach across year levels.
