Teaching and Specialist Opportunities at Kapinara Primary School (PS) (0.2 to 1.0 FTE)

Kapinara PS is seeking passionate educators to join our pool of Primary Teachers for potential vacancies arising throughout the 2026 school year, up to the end of Term 4, 2027. We welcome applications for both permanent and fixed-term roles, ranging from part-time (0.2 FTE) to full-time (1.0 FTE) positions.

We are particularly interested in teachers with expertise in:

  • Early Childhood Education
  • Classroom Teaching (Years K–6)
  • Languages Other Than English (LOTE): Japanese
  • Visual Arts
  • Digital Technologies
  • Science

Eligibility

  • hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website.
  • apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
  • consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
