*This role supports young children with disability and developmental delay to learn, grow, and thrive. This is a rewarding opportunity to partner with families and early childhood services, delivering strengths-based, play-focused support that builds children's communication, confidence, and independence. The ECDP provides early intervention and targeted developmental support for young children with disability or suspected developmental delay. The program works closely with families and early childhood services to strengthen participation, learning and wellbeing, and to support successful transitions into school.
