The Role

This is a unique opportunity to showcase innovative, contemporary teaching practices, contribute to an evolving English program, and help position our school as a centre of teaching and learning excellence. We are seeking a range of applicants including primary and secondary trained teachers.
The successful applicant will ideally possess experience teaching across a range of English contexts; Senior school ATAR English, Literature, General and Foundation courses. Lower school GAT, Academic Academy, General and Learning Support classes.
You will ideally possess a sound understanding of the developmental needs of students at all phases of the Western Australian Curriculum and be skilled in differentiating the curriculum to meet the academic needs of all learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment will be important, as well as a willingness to engage in professional learning and liaise with colleagues, parents and external networks.
