The Role
Baldivis SC is seeking a passionate and innovative Teacher – English to join our dynamic English team.
Our dedication to enhancing student outcomes is rooted in the comprehensive integration of Advancement Via Individual Determination's (AVID) tried-and-true teaching methods and best practices across all academic disciplines at our college. Our instructional staff incorporate AVID strategies, along with other effective teaching techniques and 21st-century tools, to foster both post-school preparedness and enhanced academic achievements for all students.
As the successful applicant you should have an excellent understanding of the Years 7 to 10 Western Australian English Curriculum and the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) English courses. The successful applicant should be dedicated to planning and delivering high quality teaching programs that promote student engagement and achievement in the English area.
Flexibility and a commitment to personal and professional growth, high standards of professionalism and a willingness to embrace opportunities for collaboration within the college community and neighbouring schools will be well regarded.
