About the Role
As a Teacher Aide at QPSC's Coorparoo Campus, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students to achieve success. This is a temporary position under the Department of Education Teacher Aides' Certified Agreement 2022.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the supervision of educational activities under the direction of a teacher.
- Supporting small groups and individual students with literacy, numeracy, and other learning activities.
- Providing clerical assistance, including preparing teaching materials and maintaining records.
- Contributing to the welfare, health, and safety of students, including administering first aid (training provided).
- Displaying respect, empathy, and confidentiality when working with students and their families.
This role would suit someone passionate about supporting young people with diverse needs in a respectful and inclusive environment.
About You
