Various school locations across West Yorkshire

Full-time hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)

Veritas Education is currently seeking reliable and adaptable School Administrators to join our team on a temporary, ad hoc basis, supporting a range of schools as and when cover is required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced administrative professionals who enjoy working in dynamic school environments and are looking for flexible work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing front-of-house reception support
• Managing phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Supporting attendance and pupil record systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, etc.)
• General administrative duties to support the wider school office
• Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a school environment (highly desirable)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Confident communication and professional manner
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential or willingness to obtain one)
