Day‑to‑Day | Short‑Term | Long‑Term Supply Via Veritas Education

Veritas Education are currently seeking confident and adaptable Maths Teachers to work across secondary schools in the Wigan area. We have a range of opportunities available, including day‑to‑day cover, short‑term assignments, and long‑term placements, offering flexibility to suit your availability.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in line with school policies
• Adapt to different school environments with professionalism
• Complete marking and feedback as required for longer‑term roles

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools (ECTs encouraged to apply)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting student progress
