Experienced Speech and Language Therapist - SEN School, Kingston upon Thames Contract: Temporary (3 months, with potential to become permanent) Start Date: December 2025 Pay Grade: Band 6-7 (dependent on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Our friendly and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a dedicated SLT to join our multidisciplinary team this December.

About the Role:

• Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children and young people with a range of communication and language needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored communication programmes.
• Contribute to EHCP planning and reviews, and provide training and guidance to school staff and parents.
• Manage your own caseload within a well-supported and resource-rich environment.

About You:

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC and RCSLT registration essential).
• Experience working with children and young people with complex communication needs and/or autism.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students' communication development.
