Job Description
The Role
A highly skilled and innovative Secondary Teacher of Science is sought for a full-time fixed term position commencing January 2026, based at the Keilor East campus working across the middle schools.
The successful candidate will demonstrate they are:
- An outstanding and inspiring classroom teacher;
- Knowledgeable in teaching Science and in current pedagogical thinking;
- Committed to student care and wellbeing; and
- Committed to delivering a high-quality programme
The School
Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School has over 3,000 students from K-12 at campuses in Moonee Ponds, Essendon and Keilor East. We have outstanding staff, facilities and programmes to enhance student wellbeing and learning and develop creative, caring and critical thinkers.
The School provides a diamond education, with a co-educational Kindergarten programme, single-sex education at the Junior Schools and Middle Schools from Years 7 to 10 and co-education at the Larkin Centre (Years 11 to 12).
