Salary: Remuneration based on qualifications and experience

Adass Israel School Secondary Girls’ Campus is seeking a classroom Aide who is motivated to help students to reach their full potential in learning. In this role you will work under the guidance of the classroom teacher to assist individual and small groups of students with a range of abilities to improve their literacy and numeracy skills.

• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Passionate about helping students reach their potential
• Interpersonal skills appropriate to working with Secondary students
• A commitment to child safety, well-being and protection

Duties include:

• Working one-on-one with individual students and small groups using materials prepared by the classroom teacher
• Documenting assistance and interventions on our LMS
• Maintaining a duty of care, this includes students' safety, well-being and protection and WHS
• Other duties as required by your Supervisor

Situated in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs, Adass Israel School is an independent, private school in Elsternwick that is a member school of ISV (Independent Schools Victoria).
