Two Rocks is the northernmost suburb of Perth, located 61 kilometres north of Perth's central business district. We cater for over 500 students from Kindergarten to Year 6. The Role
Our School Officers are the first point of contact for our school and should complete administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information. The successful applicant will ideally have a friendly, positive and caring attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school and interact with parents and the wider community.
Duties of the School Officer may include support and data entry across many levels of the school front office operations ranging from finance, attendance programs, daily reporting; data entry using SIS and Compass software modules and managing of the student data records. In addition, you would provide support to student related activities such as assisting with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages particularly databases and word processing. Knowledge of school-based software systems is desired but not a prerequisite as training will be provided as needed. You may also support the Manager Corporate Services in administering the school’s marketing, financial, physical, and human resources whilst upholding confidentiality and security of sensitive material.
The successful applicant will ideally possess strong attention to detail and work well within a team environment. You ideally will have strong organisational skills and be able to deliver outcomes while working towards deadlines in a sometimes challenging and fast paced environment. You will also ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff and our school community and teaching staff.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
